Welcome !
My name is Kristina, I am a massage therapist and member of the Fédération québécoise des massothérapeutes agréés. I have completed my training in Swedish massage, which is a versatile massage technique used for both therapeutic and relaxation purposes.
My story
I have always been interested in the well-being of others and the human body has always fascinated me. Illnesses affected my parents when I was a teenager, and I quickly discovered the impact it had on their quality of life. I completed my bachelor's degree in nursing with the aim of better understanding desease and helping others to the best of my knowledge.

I decided to become a massage therapist because this profession allows me to better listen to people's needs and offer individualized support. Accompanying people in their quest for well-being (psychological and physical) is very important. Curing an illness is not always possible, nor is the disappearance of stress or anxiety. What can we do to improve our well-being when the negative effects of illness persist or when we feel that anxiety or stress is reducing our ability to enjoy life?
In massage therapy, touch is key and the benefits of massage are widely recognized. My role is to help you regain and maintain balance by adapting my approach to your situation. I am currently training in oncology massage therapy and reflexology so that I can offer more appropriate support to people with a serious, degenerative or life-threatening illnesses as well as anyone with chronic condition (e.g. migraine, fibromyalgia, ADHD, etc.).
